The last time we went to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party was about 4 years ago! So we decided we were way over due to visit. If you ever been to Disney during the holiday season you know just how magical it is!

Our first stop was the Four Seasons Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort, and the property was absolutely STUNNING! From the moment we arrived the service was impeccable! The staff made it a point to call us by our names and that definitely makes you feel special! While we waited, Taylor at the front desk gave each of our kids a map to do a scavenger hunt. The kids had a blast running around the hotel looking for each place. It was a nice way to tour the hotel and see all the amenities The Four Seasons has to offer. Once the kids finished the scavenger hunt they turned it in to the front desk and they received a token. They took their token to Lickety Split which is the lobby cafe and they were able to chose gelato or macarons. Jada and Jordyn chose mango gelato and Jaxon had a chocolate macaron. They were in heaven!

I was a little nervous about bringing the kids to such a luxurious hotel but boy was I wrong! It’s the perfect combo of luxury and Disney. They have a covered outdoor game area, where you can play pool, ping pong and chess. There was just an endless amount of activities for the kids of all ages while still experiencing a luxurious stay for adults. We definitely needed a whole week there to really soak it all in!

Park View Suite

We were SO EXCITED to check into our room!! When we opened the door we were like OH MY GOD!!! We couldn’t believe how enormous and beautiful the room was! The bedroom was separate from the main living area. The bedroom had a king size bed with a robe, crown and tiara waiting for princess Jordyn. The main living area had a queen sofabed. There was two marble bathrooms which is perfect when you’re a family of five, that eliminates fighting over who will use the bathroom first. Haha! The best part was the big private balcony. We had views of Magic Kingdom, Epcot, the golf course and pool. In the morning we sat out there and drank our coffee. At night we watched the fireworks! It was so magical!

Pools

The Four Seasons Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort has a five acre water park. We were absolutely blown away by it! Unfortunately it was in the 50’s and we couldn’t get in the water. It’s way too cold for us Floridians! That just means we will have to take a trip back! They have a lazy river which Jada was dying to get into and float away! The family pool has a zero entry that over looks the lagoon and they even have a huge screen tv with Disney movies playing! They have a splash pad with a few shallow pools surrounding it and waterslides! Looks like such a fun time!!! There was plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas! Next visit we will send the kids to the kids camp they provide and Deon and I will hang at the oasis adult only pool with some drinks! The adult only pool had luxury cabanas, infinity lap pool and a jacuzzi with a view! It looked so dreamy!

Four Seasons Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort

The resort provides shuttles every 15 minutes to and from the parks, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios. My kids loved these shuttles, they still talk about them. The shuttles are black with black leather, ac and tvs inside. You can even recline your chair after a long day at Disney. When staying at The Four Seasons Orlando you get access to Extra Magic Hours and Disney Fast-pass!

Dining

We had lunch at PB&G, the restaurant is covered right on the lake. It was such a beautiful day to eat outside. I tried the Chili Lime Quinoa bowl and a glass of frose’ and Deon had a Grilled Salmon Sandwich. Everything was amazing!! The next morning we woke up and headed to Lickety Split. I really wanted to take the kids to the Good Morning Breakfast with Goofy and His Pals at Ravello but its only offered on Thursdays and Saturdays.

I highly recommend you stay at the Four Seasons Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort at least once! Book your room here.

Thank you to The Four Seasons Orlando for hosting our stay. You guys really met all our expectations and more! We hope to be back soon!
