Last week we packed our bags and drove to Orlando for our last little getaway before the kids go back to school! We were so excited to find our Disney World Vacation Home! The home is called Serendipity which is a 5 bedroom 4 bath pool home! The location was perfect, all the attractions and dining were in reasonable distance! The home is owned by Sarah and Ken. They were such great hosts! Sarah always responded within minutes to my emails and was very pleasant to speak with! She always made sure we were taken good care of.

From the minute we walked into the home we were so excited and it immediately gave us a feeling of being at home! The Disney details that were incorporated in the home made it that much more charming! The house has such a nice open floor plan and if you have kids you know how important space is! The kids had so much room to run around and play with all the toys the house came with!! Their favorite part of the house was the game room of course!!!! They had a pool table, foosball, air hockey, PS4, Wii, board games and more! It wasn’t easy getting the kids to leave the house!!

Sarah and Ken were so thoughtful they had the fridge stocked! They thought of everything, milk, OJ, eggs, cereal, bread, soda and so MUCH more! This was a big help because the kids were hungry after the long drive.  After the kids had a snack they were ready to jump in the pool! That’s when Deon and I opened the bottle of wine left for us by Sarah and Ken. They must of knew we needed it after driving  3 hrs in the car with 3 kids!!! Haha!!!

When traveling away from home it’s important to feel safe. Staying at Serendipity immediately gave us this sense of security. They had an alarm system, alarmed patio doors, a pool fence, and life vests. I felt at ease letting them go from room to room, enjoying the pool activities, games and books.

The kids would wake up every morning and jump right on the big comfy sofa to watch cartoons on the 70 inch TV! They had tons of DVDs available, a bose surround sound system and of course, NETFLIX!! In between watching TV, Jordyn and Jaxon would sit on the cutest little rocking chairs right next to the book shelf and read their favorite Disney books! There was even a whole shelf of adult books.

Jada and Jordyn chose to sleep in the Nemo themed room! It was so bright and colorful! It made you feel like you were underwater. The beds were twin sized and the girls said they were so comfy!  There is a TV, DVD and PlayStation inside the room. Jordyn’s favorite part of the room was all the Disney Princess dresses hanging up in the closet! You can bet that she put on a fashion show for us! Lol. Jaxon enjoyed playing in the Shrek room.  He found a musical guitar and chair that was a perfect fit. The kids shared the 4th family bathroom which was a really cute ocean theme! The toilet has a built in tot seat and a sink step that was perfect for Jordyn and Jaxon to brush their teeth!! We stayed in one of the big king suites.  Each one had a big closet and crisp clean feel. Deon and I felt very refreshed after sleeping on the Posturepedic pillow top with hypoallergenic pillows. We each took our time getting ready in the upgraded bathrooms. They all had a tub and shower with upgraded shower heads. These were also fully stocked with everything we needed from body wash, shampoo to hair irons and robes.  The kids enjoyed using the roman tub and fluffy towels!

We spent a lot of time in the pool. The kids liked the variety of colorful floats. Jaxon was able to safely float around the pool with his sisters. We all loved the hot tub and if I wasn’t in the hot tub I was enjoying a drink on the patio while checking my IG on a padded rattan chaise lounge!  You can watch TV outside on the 42 inch or unwind at night with the ambient pool lighting around the whole backyard. The patio is bug free and private. It’s a win win!!!!

Staying in a home was very convenient when it came to eating breakfast, lunch and dinner. The dining room was comfortable and decorated with the Be Our Guest Disney Dinnerware, which was absolutely adorable!! The kitchen is fully equipped to make anything you want! We enjoyed a full breakfast before starting each day. Jada whipped up some delicious eggs for us to enjoy with a cup of coffee from the Keurig. Stay at one of Sarah and Ken’s homes next time you visit Orlando. They didn’t miss a thing when preparing this home for you. Our home had strollers, booster seats, high chairs, baby monitors, pack and plays, diapers, paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags that lasted our whole stay.  I was amazed by how every detail was thought out to make their guests feel comfortable and prepared!!
